Cherie Bombs currently has a 7 - 14 business day turnaround time. That means it is going to take from 7 - 14 business days to ready your order in house before it ships. Once your order is packaged and labelled, you will get a shipping notification email containing the tracking number. This tracking number does take a day or two to update. Shipping usually takes 3 - 5 business days depending on your chosen shipping option.

As long as your order has not yet been shipped you can cancel it. Contact us below and we will be happy to process your cancellation.

Yes. Although we take care to extend the life of our bath products, we do suggest using them in the freshest state you can. Products containing natural colorants, herbs, flowers, or vanilla will be the most likely to discolor over time.
